About me

Hey, I'm Vedran. I cook every meal myself — real ingredients, no shortcuts, the same care I'd put into my own family's dinner.

I created Ved's Kitchen because I wanted to bring the kind of meal I'd cook for my own family straight to yours — the convenience of delivery, without giving up the quality of a home-cooked dinner.

I cook with healthy ingredients, organic where I can get it easily, and I lean on local markets over anything mass-produced — food that's just genuinely good for you. When it comes to cooking oil, I use real, quality oil, the kind I'd use in my own kitchen — never the cheap seed oils. I've built relationships with trusted suppliers for seafood and meat, and I'm careful about price without cutting corners on quality. Every vegetable gets washed properly, and I try to keep things eco-friendly wherever I can.

I genuinely care about the food I put in front of people — this isn't just a business to me, it's food I'd be proud to serve my own family.

Everything is cooked fresh, so right now we deliver once a week. Order before the weekly cutoff and it arrives that week — order after, and it rolls to the following week.
